Who was Cains wife?

Genesis 4:13

"Cain said to the Lord, “My punishment is greater than I can bear! Today you have driven me away from the soil, and I shall be hidden from your face; I shall be a fugitive and a wanderer on the earth, and anyone who meets me may kill me.” Then the Lord said to him, “Not so! Whoever kills Cain will suffer a sevenfold vengeance.” And the Lord put a mark on Cain, so that no one who came upon him would kill him. Then Cain went away from the presence of the Lord, and settled in the land of Nod, east of Eden."Does anyone know how Cain eventually died, or if anyone did kill him?

That ‘mark’ is interesting to think about, not sure what kind of physical mark would prevent someone from wanting to do him harm?

I don’t know, but I think the land of Nod was the land of nomads, Cain became a wanderer a nomad

Im not sure on Cain being the father of vampires LOL, but the bible does say he will walk the earth until Jesus comes again, so why would it not be possible that he is still out there somewhere? If it sounds too crazy or bizarre…well, christians believe Enoch and Elijah will return to earth one day and be basically unstoppable, so…
