Who watched Aquaman?

Here’s what I posted on another site:

I appreciate the effort if not the execution. It was frenetic, but not exciting. It had lighthearted moments, but there were no real “Heck, yeah!” moments.

The first scene with adult Arthur in the sub was so unsubtle with the musical cues and dialog that it was like Ace Rimmer (What a Guy!) but played completely straight.

Even the above-water scenes had a lot of CGI (of varying quality). Considering the length of the movie there was literally less animation in Into the Spiderverse.

All that being said it was decent and pretty good at times. I would recommend seeing it, but don’t get your hopes up.
