Well, I’m already married, but we had two priests. I guess we wanted to be extra married! No, really, we had our parish priest and a former priest who meant a lot to us came back to concelebrate the wedding. It was very meaningful and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. After all, none of the other choices could bring Jesus’s Presence in the Eucharist, and who’d want to miss out on that for your special day?
Not sure the perspective this queston seeks. I wanted my best friend as my witness (the Church asks there to be two witnesses, like the maid of honor and the best man).
Honestly, though, my first response is God and my relatives.
ummmm…God of course is my first choice and since I am having a nuptual mass my priest will be presiding…for the sake of arguement…when my fiancee and I started our guest list…God was at the top.
