Who's the best Rocky villain?

You left off “Thunderlips”, the wrestler played by Hulk Hogan in Rocky III.

Although, he wasn’t really a “villain”.
 
And I thought the poll would have the selections:

Boris Badinoff
Natasha Nogoodnick
Fearless Leader
The Narrarator (not a villain, but someone who could warn Rocky of trouble, but doesn’t)

As a character, Apollo Creed was far and away the best and Carl Weathers the best actor of all the Rocky opponents.
Drago was a cartoon that barely made it to being two-dimensional.
I voted for Clubber Lang just because you just want somebody to shut up this loudmouthed buffoon.

As an act of charity to Mr. Stallone I have erased Rocky V from my memory so I don’t recall the villains from that one.

I agree, on all counts. 😃 Apollo Creed was a great character who could intimidate opponents outside the ring and actually back it up in the ring. Clubber Lang was the best overall villain-- he combined the cockiness of Creed, the physical intimidation of Drago, and an overall bad attitude, that makes the audience want someone to “shut up this loudmouthed buffoon,” as you put it. Rocky V was the only movie in the series that has no value, and should not have been made. I only include villains from that movie for the sake of completion. And Dixon wasn’t really a bad guy at heart in Rocky Balboa, but I included him so that a nemesis from every movie in the series would be represented.

Fearless Leader followed by Boris Badanov and Natasha Fatale. I don’t remember any other real baddies.
But Bullwinkle was a really good guy.

Back to the real “Rocky”
Clubber lang as Mr T wasn’t likeable, and made a great villain.

Apollo Creed was much more likeable and had a family. Mr T. was scary and angry, not only he disrespects Mickey, he tries to pick up on Adrian and generally is a great villain.

Well, I’m one chick that loves the Rocky movies! 🙂 I thought Clubber Lang was the most annoying and Ivan Drago had a sense of…intimidation about him that was interesting but yeah, he didn’t go much beyond that as a character. Carl Weathers definetly is the best actor out of all of the villians. 👍

If you’re talking cartoon villains … I vote Wile E Coyote from the Roadrunner cartoons

As for Rocky … well, pity the fool who didn’t like Mr T 😉
 
Oh I thought you meant Rocky The Squirl from the Bullwinkle show. I was looking for “Natasha” in the poll. Sorry.
 
👍 Tommy Gun was pretty ruthless and he just simply hated rocky. Plus Greed and power were the driving force but tommy gun was the best.
 
Let’s change the word “villain” to “opponent” and the answer is, hand’s down…

Rocky himself.

THAT’S really what the whole series was about, in my opinion.
