Why can God only do things humans can't do?

Why can God make things like planets, or animals, or stars, but is unable to make a cars, or boxes, or houses?

It’s not that God can’t do those things. It’s only that he chooses not to, or he doesn’t need to.

I work in the automotive industry, I can personally assure you that no car in the 70 years that the company I work for has been around for has ever been made by God.

There’s a difference between “has not” and “can not”. The former is what’s happened. The latter is just one possible explanation of why that is.

First off, boxes… bahahaha. Why boxes? So since you work for a car company I assume you know why cars are made. To sell them for money. So god makes a car, sells it for money, and what? Buys a car? Haha, this is silly. Technically every car you “make” is not made. You are just putting previously made objects in the shape of a car per the conservation of matter. God “made” the car. The material, the idea of the car that existed before it entered someone’s brain. You just put it together. But to be more simple, Jesus made wine. My friend makes wine. Soooo…

Pretty sure Jesus probably made a table or chair chair with Joseph.

That doesn’t prove anything, except that God chooses not to make a car in the sense that you are speaking of. He could if he wanted to. But why would he?

Why can humans make things like computers and printers and cameras, but are unable to make a photograph?

God is still the principle essential efficient cause of cars, computers, and anything else.

God made everything.
He DID make those boxes and cars.
Through the work of human hands, God does all and creates all.

He made the soil and earth that gave us the steel and cardboard.
He gave us the workers that put them together.

God can do it all. But because we have free will, we take what nature gives us and transform it. God is fine with that. He is concerned with our spiritual well-being, not with the material world.

And? The fact that as far as we know God hasn’t, in no way means that God can’t.

Another way to look at this is: God does not need these things, we do!

We need a car to travel from point A to point B. God is present everywhere @ all times. What will he do with a car?

We use a box to keep things / stuff. Does God need to keep anything?

We need a house / home to stay in. God doesn’t! He already has heaven.

He can create / make everything that humans can. But he does not need to coz they would be of no use to him.
