Why did God create some people knowing some would go Hell? Why did Jesus die for all knowing some would refuse salvation and go to Hell?

God gave free will to every one Hes wants them to be saved by giving the hurdeds of chance to be saved but they willfully reject Jesus his love and salvation by persisting in sin and therefore reject Heaven by there own choice .Jesus cries for them in Jeremiah 13:17 But if you will not listen, my soul will weep in secret for your pride; my eyes will weep bitterly and run down with tears, because the Lord’s flock has been taken captive.Hebrews 5:7 In the days of his flesh, Jesus offered up prayers and supplications, with loud cries and tears, to the one who was able to save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission.God Bless

Ecclesiastes 7:29 See, this alone I found, that God made human beings straightforward, but they have devised many schemes.

Wisdom 1:12-16 Do not invite death by the error of your life,or bring on destruction by the works of your hands;13 because God did not make death, and he does not delight in the death of the living.
14 For he created all things so that they might exist;the generative forces of the world are wholesome, and there is no destructive poison in them, and the dominion of Hades is not on earth.
15 For righteousness is immortal.Life as the Ungodly See It
16 But the ungodly by their words and deeds summoned death;[d]considering him a friend, they pined away and made a covenant with him, because they are fit to belong to his company.

There is no doubt a mystery here.

Romans 9:14-16 " what then are we to say? Is there Injustice on the part of God? Of course not! For he says to Moses: " I will show Mercy to whom I will, I will take pity on whom I will. " So it depends not upon the person’s will are exertion, but upon God, who shows Mercy.

We have to be very careful and not make God into a monster. He is our loving heavenly Father. Who wants us all to be saved but because of his tremendous love for us he has given us free fill. If we did not have free will we would be like robots then he really would be a monster.

Some will choose not to go to heaven that isn’t God’s falt as Saint Paul say. But it is man’s for our disobedience from the very start of creation.

They have verses that Paul writes to say that God ways everyone to be with him in heaven. 1, Timothy 2:3-4 " this is good and pleasing to God our savior, who Wills everyone to be saved and to come to knowledge of the truth.

2nd Peter 3:9 the Lord does not delay his promise, as some regard " delay", but he is patient with you, not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
God gives each one of us sufficient Grace To Get To Heaven. Some people like saint Paul and Saint Peter and the others get more grace because it is in God’s plan.
It’s like having a short glass and a tall grass filled to the top with water. Now God’s grace is the water in the two glasses. Both are full to the top but one is taller. We will have the same amount of grace in heaven but there are some like saint Paul and Saint Peter will have a unique grace bestowed upon them.
God bless
