Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. For the link!

Fr. Thomas Loya is really excellent. I regularly listen to Fr Larry Richards and Fr John Corapi. I will listen to Fr Thomas now as well.

Baseball is boring. I’m glad we have basketball for a couple more months!😃

Because they haven’t been exposed to the sport of the whole world-soccer. My sons have a website called <socceresque.com> if some would like to become acqainted with it.

I will have to disagree, it is basketball that is boring, up the court down the court, like watching a game of pong. Baseball is a game of strategy and mathematics, a thinking person’s game. In basketball and American football they can’t even tell time, where five minutes to go, means another half a hour or so.

And Baseball is more multiculture, were you have Asians, Hispanics, African-Americans and European-Americans more evenly representive.:grouphug:
And other then non-American Football (world-class soccer) more Catholic:signofcross: representation :twocents:

But now you have to excuse me the Tigers lost their opening game.:crying: :tissues:

Baseball is boring most of the time. Pitcher and catcher throwing the ball back and forth to each other. Endless foul balls. No running around constantly like basketball, football and soccer.

What about basketball? There’s Lebron James, Yao Ming, Dirk Nowitzki, Steve Nash, Anderson Varejao. That’s a diverse group.

Pre-schoolers like to ran around in circles on the playground too, but after awhile it just gives you headache to watch.

All sports = deadly dull (with the possible exception of darts)

If you asked me which is my favorite sport to watch, I’d tell you none.

If you asked me which is my favorite sport to play, well let’s see… that’s a tough choice… I guess since the ice has melted… too cold for baseball… basketball?

Seriously, my favorite ball-game is played with a lead ball. My preference is a 0.54-inch diameter ball. I have this goofy tube that I use to throw it with.
