Why do some non-Catholic Christians insist on full-immersion baptisms?

Hello,
Im a Catholic and I was baptised when i was a baby, say when i was 30 days old. Some of my Evagelical church friends asked me to get baptised in their church by immersing completely in water. Why do they want to do so? They say my baptism done under Catholic faith is not valid since I was a baby. Is it true? Can you brief me with an answer, should i do it or not?
