Why did God allow a bull to be killed slowly by numerous men in Spain recently? The men speared the innocent bull as they were riding horses. I find this act to be barbaric and cruel.
God gave human beings free will with which to choose their actions. I did not see video or other coverage of the incident to which you refer, but assuming your report is accurate, then the persons to blame for cruelty are the men who engaged in it.
