Hi! I have a question, but first let me give you a little background so you know where I’m coming from. I was raised in a Christian home and became a Christian when I was 14, but I didn’t state getting serious about my faith until I was 20. However, it wasn’t long after I got serious about being a Christian that I started having doubts about some things within Christianity and started doubting if God is real. So, my question is this: If God is real then why does he allow evil to happen? Now, I’m not asking why God doesn’t punish bad guys even though that question is very similar to mine. I’m asking why God allows evil to happen? For example, why does God allow women & children to become the victims of human trafficking? Why does God allow people to loose their homes and family to war? Why did God allow ISIS to take over Iraq, Syria, and parts of Libya and Nigeria? Why does God allow Israel to oppress the Palestinians? These are the things that made me stop believing in God. If you can answer this question in a way that makes sense to me, you may just convince me to become a Christian again. Please answer rationally if you can.
