Why does St Paul never mention the Crucifixion?

Would those who lost people in the Twin Towers have forgiven Bin Laden if Osama had a public “come to Jesus” epiphany?

A good many have already forgiven him. Our forgiveness of others is not dependent on whether or not they repent. God’s forgiveness does depend on repentance–that is what I was referring to.

Those were a lot rougher times two thousand years ago, and Jesus thought to be divine. And the Galileans were working-class men.

Jesus taught them to “love your enemies and do good to those who persecute you.” Doing so is an act of the will empowered by the grace of God, so yes, even rough, ordinary working class people are expected to forgive such an outrage–which they did. How God deals with those who do horrible crimes is dependent, again, on their repentance.

why does St Paul not cite [the Crucifixion]

Unfortunately, you have been the victim of tragic error and misinformation. Paul cites the crucifixion multiple times. He even says that he knows nothing but Christ, and Him Crucified.
