Why is Obama cutting funding for Children's Hospital GME?

Why is Obama cutting funding for Children’s Hospital Graduate Medical Education? We need more doctors, not less doctors! Does he think we want to wait even longer in doctors offices with 30 million more patients added under Obamacare?

It seems that Obama can spend over a Trillion in deficits and when it comes to “cutting the deficit” he only seeks to cut a program that hurts kids.

Obama expressed his disdain for America clearly in his overseas apology tour he did when he first became president. His wife expressed the same disdain for America when she said she never was proud to be an American before her husband became the president. Now she’s telling people that if her husband loses that it will be like it was before blacks were freed from slavery which tells me that if Obama loses she will go back to being ashamed of being an American. And I still find it strange that Michelle Obama said that Kenya is Obama’s home country (there’s video footage of her saying this in a speech). I don’t think any other president of the United States considered a different country to be their home country. Here’s the video clip of Michelle saying that Obama’s home country is Kenya:
