Prostitution is illegal in my state.

Pornography is basically video or photos of the criminal activity of prostitution.

Why is it legal to sell video of a criminal activity?
 
Simple, the politicians, rather than hold to a moral standard, simply chuse the “lesser of two evils”. They think it is worse to engage in it than watch it. They couldn’t be more wrong. 😉
 
It is legal because western society has made ‘liberty’ its god. Rather than worship the almighty, society offers sacrifice at the altar of ‘freedom of speach’ and personal 'privacy. The doctirne of this lie for a religion is this: “You can’t push your views on me.” In the mean time, human beings are offered to this false god of liberty as sacrifice by poronography.
May the almighty save us and help return the west to the Faith of our Fathers, the faith of Jesus Christ and remind us that true freedom is not license but the ability to choose the Good.
 
It is the rampant Moral Relativism that makes pornography legal and the Bible to be reviled.

From my understanding, the ACLU defends pornography under the Constitutional right of Free Speech.

The billion dollar a year porn industy claim that their porn stars are legitimate actors and actresses, and some of our mainstream actors have started off doing porn (Adrien Barbeau of Maud fame for example); but my counter argument is that if these people are receiving a paycheck to have actual sex, then that is simply prostitution and is illegal. I don’t know why lawyers haven’t viewed it that way? 😦
