Why is RSV-2CE not available on Bible Gateway?

Does anyone know why the RSV-2CE is not available on BibleGateway.com? Is it a copyright issue? The website has the RSV-CE, but not the RSV-2CE. I’ve read many good things about the latter. I don’t like some of the modern verse translations of the NRSV-CE, which is popular here in Canada. I use Bible quotes in my writing and have been told to steer clear of the NABRE due to high royalty rates (I have yet to verify that with the publisher).

Any (name removed by moderator)ut would be appreciated.
 
My guess is that it’s a copyright/licensing issue. Perhaps they fear that making it available for free will affect sales.
