Why is the Anglican "Ordo" so similar to the Novus Ordo?

I’m so confused and I can’t find the answer I’m looking for online.

If the Anglican BCP was written in the 1500s, how come it’s Order of Mass/Holy Eucharist laid out so similar to the Catholic post-Vatican II style of Mass, when Vatican II started in the 1960s?
 
Yes. How many would depend on which national Churches’ Book you are thinking of.

Yes, I would expect that most people consider the 1662 version to be the definitive one, although I believe it has no such legal authority outside England.
I think that some other Churches in the Communion use it as the official liturgy. Couldn’t prove it.
