Praise be to Jesus Mary and st. Joseph. Why it’s a horrible horrible idea to lawyer up part 2. It’s a horrible idea to lawyer up and you will hear a lot of rich people saying quote just hire a lawyer quote and what they are saying is that they would rather than defending the gospel truth and the Ten Commandments they would rather just hire a pagan or some lawyer so that they don’t have to do anything they just sit around and you reap what you sow so they don’t end up defending the Ten Commandments and they make a lot of money doing this. Also you can never guarantee that a lawyer will not fib or that he won’t exalt some sort of heresy in court when you’re not even there and don’t even know what’s going on and all of a sudden you’re winning and it’s all on your lawyer’s lies and your lawyer won’t tell you. Because he wants to win because he wants all the alliances and money and kicks and he wants the judges favor. You cannot expect lawyers to be honest in court you can expect them not to Fib or elaborate or really over elaborate. How many of us when we’re telling a story things will turn into a legend well that’s what lawyers can do as well they can just fabricate ideas or take it too far or maybe even they misunderstand something and misconstrue the truth. Also it’s a really really bad idea to use a lawyer because you’re basically saying that there’s no reconciliation that your sacrament of marriage adhears to. All The Graces you received on the sacrament the day of your marriage that doesn’t even matter I don’t have the grace to go through this whatever Financial mess or I don’t have the grace to deal with my husband’s addiction problems or wife’s addiction problems or even as poor as they could be or even marital infidelity which is literally one of the worst problems Americans experience but still you have the grace of the sacrament so you should keep Faith like that just like st. Rita did or st. Monica did it’s really hard but if we just keep faith we know everything will be okay and do you really want to break your vow to God? Just over money?

Did you forget that there are lawyers on this site, or did you ignore that the last time you made a post like this and it got taken down for your slandering of Catholic lawyers on this board?

“Objection. The plaintiff is exalting a heresy.”

The grammar police would like to serve a warning for run on sentences and incorrect/no punctuation as well. The OP is difficult to read or make sense of.

I truly believe that divorce is far too prevalent today, and that most divorces could be prevented with just waiting out the problem, better social support, and prayer. But it is creating quite the straw man to invoke all these rich people saying that if you get a lawyer you can just sit around and do nothing.

Also, although there are crooked lawyers, lawyers who lie in court or otherwise behave grossly unethically get disbarred and go to jail. I believe you have been told this.

Finally, if the other party has decided to get out of the marriage, there isn’t anything you can do to prevent his or her exit. In most cases, a lawyer then becomes necessary to ensure that the divorce proceeds as smoothly and calmly as possible. If children are involved, it is highly important to protect their needs. Those spouses who are genuinely being abused also should get legal representation to protect themselves and any vulnerable parties.
