Why no Blessed Sacrament in the church after Holy Thursday?

Why is it the Blessed Sacrament cannot remain in the “regular” Tabernacle after Holy Thursday’s Liturgy?
 
Hi,

The church is left without the presence of the Blessed Sacrament in memory of the time the Lord spent in the tomb.
