Can anyone kindly tell me the reason for the removal of the you tube video I sent to this forum showing a police officer arresting a teenager for seemingly trivial matter???

I would imagine only the moderators could tell you that. Where did the incident occur? What was the “trivial matter”? What prior interactions had this police officer had with the teenager? Did you have a particular question about the incident? I’m a police officer in the US. Maybe I can offer some perspective (or maybe not, who knows?).

Correct. The OP posted two video links with no explanation, no commentary, nothing. There was no indication what the purpose of the post was. What did it have to do with Catholicism or the forum it was posted in? After numerous people asked for more details from you and got none, perhaps the moderator decided the thread was of no value.
Also, the moderators never answer threads like this in public. If you truly need an answer, you have to send the moderator for that forum a private message. Although I would not necessarily expect a response.
