Will there definitely be a Latin Mass at the Cathedral in Wheeling

The website for the Cathedral in Wheeling says there is a Latin Mass each Sunday at 1pm. Can I count on that for sure as I am planning on going November 13? As far as I need to drive I would not want to be surprised. I was hoping someone might be able to tell me.
 
If there’s a long drive involved, it would probably be best to phone them ahead of time to double-check the schedule.

You probably mistyped, but November 13 is a Saturday, not a Sunday. At any rate, the website does not say that there is a EF Mass every Sunday, only this coming Sunday (the 7th). The schedule in the most recent bulletin (see last page) does not show any Latin Mass on the 14th.

EDIT: Yeah, looks like it is only on the first Sunday of each month.
