If so, how physically beautiful will we be compared to the beauty standards on Earth? Or can our spirits change to whatever form we want at any time?

Short answer: We don’t know.

But, I have a hard time imagining that we would not be more beautiful in light of the absence of sin and the presence of Beauty itself.

Our souls won’t have physical attributes prior to being reunited with the body at the second coming. I imagine looking at others and seeing the beauty of God’s love for us in them. As Joe_5859 said we won’t really know, and I think we won’t really care.

As Joe said, we just don’t know.

But I suspect changing form (or at least wanting to change form) is not one of the possibilities.

I would go so far as saying that at least some of imperfections our bodies have here on earth will still exist but be perceived as beautiful and/or triumphant witnesses to the Glory of God.

But that’s just my personal speculation.

I’m inclined to believe this as well. Jesus’ resurrected body still contained the wounds of his crucifixion. So it seems to me that some of the “imperfections” we might think exist in our bodies now will be viewed in quite a different light in heaven.

Or, we will look as we always did, but it won’t matter to us anymore. We won’t really notice our faults or anyone else’s, the same way we overlook them now on the ones we love.

I don’t know if it will be our standards of beauty.
The Angels are good, but the descriptions of them in the Bible are certainly bizarre, and the first thing out of their mouth when they encounter a human is “don’t be afraid!”
