With all the talk about sex or lack of ‘real talk’ on these forums…Does anyone know if there any good books on the Catholic bookshelf to help parents teach children or adults about sexuality? The last time I looked I found zilch. Please don’t refer me to the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

Have you tried reading the Catechism of the Catholic Church? 😉

Sorry, just kidding. 😃 CA puts out a booklet called “Pure Love” that discusses exactly the issue you have raised.
 
I recommend “Good News about Sex and Marriage” by Christopher West.

Very good.
 
I second the Popcak recommendation. It is a great book with info for all stages of child-rearing.
