In a paralell thread on Hooters, in which the opinions are that supporting the chain is wrong because it promotes the objectification of women. Is it not even more seriously immoral for the fact that they incite women to commit capital mortal sin of vanity? Are not the waitresses commiting gravely disordered acts against chastity? In fact (not just with Hooters) it would seem that women who dress with intent to seduce or incite lust are in much graver danger of losing their souls than those who become seduced by their provocation? Why the unbalanced weight of ‘causes objectification’ versus the very real ‘causes women to sin mortally’?
