hello all, God bless you and keep you safe during this pandemic.

I was wondering because in one of my examination tools it says: “sins against faith… enganging in schismatic or heretical worship” and the other it says “have I taken part in any non-Catholic worship?” and also “have I omitted religious duties or practices through motives of human respect” (this one is for my second question about Mary later) if it was absolutely a sin to participate in prayers and church services of protestants, orthodox schismatics, the Jews, and Muslims? despite them all worshiping the true God together according to various church documents? if not what do these things mean? I ask because I want to pray a sort of office with the people in my household, but they are protestant and I am Catholic so we just use http://www.liturgy.io/ and the standard ‘evangelical’ hours, KJV. it mainly is just the bible but they would be considered heretics I think, due to not accepting the church, and we mean slightly different things when we both say the apostles creed. I also prayed an akathist with orthodox people online before, and approved of it, also I think ive prayed Muslim prayers before, it was a sort of poem and I found it beautiful, and so on.

and for the omitting religious duties, I usually add Hail Marys to my prayers but in front of these people I omit anything Catholic specifically, is this a sin? this practice of praying the evangelical hours is going to continue in my house so I wanted to know if it is a sin, or do these statements in the examinations of conscience only forbid going to a full church/synagogue/mosque service with these people?

thank you all.
