Jesus said He did not come to destroy
Conservative= 1. holding to traditional attitudes and values and cautious about change or innovation, typically in relation to politics or religion.
It might be argued that Jesus was not cautious about change or innovation but I don’t think it could be argued that He did not hold to traditional attitudes and values.
If those are the only two choices, since that is all that is mentioned in the title, Jesus would be closer to a Conservative than a Liberal.
