It can be hard setting up a new presidium, I know from experience. All you need is prayer and perseverance, you’ll get there in the end but be prepared for lots of people not being interested. I found daily Mass was a good source of new recruits as they had the time and inclination although some took a while to warm up to the idea.
It’s hard work but so worth it. And don’t forget, the whole legion around the world is praying for you, as am I.
 
Way to make the whole thing sound unappealing. Remind me not to ask you for help with any recruiting efforts.
