Is it possible to write the Vatican, or Pope Francis? Not email, like regular snail mail 📰

Just a thought:
Maybe you can have your correspondence translated into Spanish which is Pope Francis’ first language?

Pope Francis speaks English very well. May I remind you his address to UN?

He may be able to speak English, but can he read it accurately like Spanish? I was just making a suggestion ☺️

Thank you for suggesting this! I recently made a few friends with some people who are fluent in Spanish so I really like this idea 🙂

In a book called “Pope Francis: Conversations with Jorge Bergoglio” by Sergio Rubin and Francesca Ambrogetti, was originally published in 2010 under the title “El Jesuita” (“The Jesuit”), he was asked that question

"“The one language that always caused me big problems was English,” he said, especially its pronunciation, “because I am very tone-deaf.”

It’s fine to write him in Spanish, but be aware that Pope Francis is unlikely to be personally reading what you write. He has a staff that reads most of his mail and only sends along to him a few handpicked mails. This is similar to the process for any world leader.
