I am doing historical research for a course on the French Resistance.
Are there any history buffs out there who could point me to information on priests, religious, or lay Catholics who assisted the resistance in WWII?
I also have heard that many Monks used to function as nurses & wondered if there were monasteries who provided care/had male nurse monks involved in the war.
Thanks,
Sarah
