Young Earth Creationists Again

Are there any young earth creationists here? By young earth, I mean 6,000 to 10,000 years old? The Lutheran LCMS I checked out are YEC and I’m not.

I’m curious as to how you arrived at your belief when science is certain the earth and universe are millions/billions of years old?
