This isn’t exactly a religious threat, but religion will likely appear in here – it’s not limited to it.

What are you best daily habits that you’ve adapted?

I make a daily list every day. I include all of my responsibilities I intend to accomplish, all of my little goals that lead to bigger goals, and all of my recreation and leisure. It allows me to map out the day I want to live.

The list usually includes cleaning, exercise, prayer, contacting a friend or loved-one, reading for at least 20 minutes, work, drinking a gallon of water, and maybe seeing someone(s).

I have gotten into the habit of praying the Divine Mercy Chaplet every morning and not allowing myself to eat until I have prayed it.

My hope is to adapt the Ignatian Daily meditations at the end of the day.

I’m hoping that my best daily habit is discipline. The discipline to do what needs to be done, to not be a waster of time, energy, money, and food.

i just realized i don’t have any good daily habits other than taking a shower, washing my hair and making my bed. after that, anything goes!

Thank God at least those are on the agenda. On certain days when I work from home, it’s easy to skip the first two.

you must be young. lots of energy. you have many good ideas to map out your day.

Saying a short morning prayer right after I get out of bed, then saying the rest later.
I feel the first thing one should do on getting up, is thank God for the day and say good morning to Him. 🙂

Praying through the day.
Making myself smile when I don’t feel like it…after some time the mood catches up with the smile 🙂

Haha, I used to be older.
Any advice on things I ought to include in my daily habits?
no. i can’t think of anything else. you seem to have everything covered.

My best daily habits: reading my Magnificat and saying morning prayers.
Like Seven Sorrow I shower daily and put n make up even if I’m not going anywhere
I’m a neat freak so I do tidy up my domicile very morning because as cannot stand coming home to especially a messy kitchen

i am the same way about kitchens. i don’t like waking up in the morning to a messy
kitchen and i don’t like coming home to one.

Developing the ability to listen rather than speak and breathe through the moment.

at my workplace, i say hello to everyone i pass

i also do this when out if there are not a lot of people.
