This isn’t exactly a religious threat, but religion will likely appear in here – it’s not limited to it.
What are you best daily habits that you’ve adapted?
I make a daily list every day. I include all of my responsibilities I intend to accomplish, all of my little goals that lead to bigger goals, and all of my recreation and leisure. It allows me to map out the day I want to live.
The list usually includes cleaning, exercise, prayer, contacting a friend or loved-one, reading for at least 20 minutes, work, drinking a gallon of water, and maybe seeing someone(s).
I have gotten into the habit of praying the Divine Mercy Chaplet every morning and not allowing myself to eat until I have prayed it.
My hope is to adapt the Ignatian Daily meditations at the end of the day.
