YouTube sees Catholic apologetics as equivalent to porn?

I was trying to put together a family YouTube account to link to our PS4 so that we could watch family-friendly videos on the big TV in the living room. I came to realize that YouTube offers two options – restricted and unrestricted. If you have restricted on, not only are raunchy videos blocked, but so are Catholic videos from organizations such as LifeTeen.

Mostly just venting/spreading awareness, but if anyone knows an effective workaround, please share.

Because of LifeTeen’s audience, they will be using the words “porn” or “masturbation” or “sex” in their titles/videos. These words get screened by any nanny filter. It is not some anti-Catholic plot 🙂

It’s probably an automatic thing because of the content of their talks.

Is there a feedback button you can use? With most things Google, algorithms drive results, as opposed to someone specifically blocking the site. The algorithm probably just needs tweaking.
