I am new to the forum.

At the beginning of this Lenten season, I came across a bible reading plan to be used in YouVersion Bible App and bible.com. It reads through Gospel of Matthew during the Lent.

The reading plan has nice commentary from a book, Lent for Everyone.

The Bible App has several bibles with deuterocanonical books, such as NABRE, GNB, Douay-Rheims, and others. All free!

Navigation is easy and parallel function works well. Reading plans, bookmarks, and personal notes are sync between different devices and bible.com.

I think it’s suitable for beginning or casual bible readers.
 
khuang, I am doing that same reading plan. It’s very good.:yup:
One of the few that has you read full chapters instead of a single verse every day.😉

This sounds good - I will check it out. One of my goals this Lent is to replace “junk” time spent on my smartphone with more constructive activities.
