Does anyone here pray the supplementary ¨Daytime Prayer¨ to Christian prayer? I am getting back into the swing of praying the LOTH and have forgotten many of the rubrics.

In today’s Daytime prayer it states that the antiphon for the Fridays of Lent in the midafternoon is “Armed with God’s justice and power, let us prove ourselves through patient endurance.” Is this antiphon to be used for the 3 psalms?

Thanks and God bless

I do. It helps making my breaks at work meaningful.

And yes, that is the antiphon used for all three psalms. Say it before the three, a Glory Be at the end of each psalm and then again after the last Glory Be and you’re good.

Thank you so much… now I can really focus on my daytime prayers in peace.

Blessed Lent to you and God bless 🙂
