¿¿Lust problem?

To me i have a lust problem i cant help my self when i see girls that im attracted to, i dont always have sexual thoughts about them but i feel i need help can any one give me advice? Im scared of commiting a bad sin

In order to sin you need to choose to sin. Along with the choice to sin comes the choice not to sin. Nobody can take your freedom not to sin from you.

I would suggest thinking more highly of yourself. You are above the objectification of women. You, in truth have no need to lust after a woman. Focus on treating women with courtesy and respect, as “sisters with all purity”, and God will mix your effort with Divine help.

If you are scared you are going to commit a bad sin, i don’t quite understand what you mean. It is important to remember that God gave people desire for the opposite sex. God is not “angry” when we feel the attraction that He gave us. God has also provided the appropriate setting for the proliferation of these desires,- marriage for his creatures. The apostle Paul says in I Corinthians 7 that “since there is so much immorality, let every man have his own wife, and ever woman her own husband”

Paul wrote that to the Corinthians (and to us as well!). But as your profile indicates, you live in Las Vegas. Ancient Corinth was the “Las Vegas” of the ancient world. What happened in Corinth stayed in Corinth. Living in a similar city, Paul’s advice is all the more applicable.

First of all remember that your sexuality is a gift from God. So the fact that you’re attracted to girls is, well, normal. The question to ask is how am I going to use this wonderful gift God has given me? Will you use it to become one with your wife and cooperate in God’s plan for creation, or are you simply going to use it for your own banal needs. So when you feel attracted to a woman, praise God for the gift and ask that you use the gift as He intended. Also say a prayer for that attractive woman who has to endure being objectified by a culture that has placed sex as a form of personal recreation instead of a means for divine procreation. Pray for her as she often gets viewed as a mere object when in reality she is a child of God. And if she has encouraged this objectification by dressing immodestly, pray for her conversion.

I believe one must get interest in soemthing else and commit oneself to do soemthing in order to get distracted from all that.
Try to think about what stuffs would you like to invest your time in; studying or learning something usefull for your future. then try to get a real true interest in all that. focus in those things, it is normaly difficult to focus in lust when you are busy.

Then try to focus in yourself and try to be more independent from the needs that have to do with lust. Try to achive indepdence from those stuffs becuase you dont need them in order to be happy, focus in being happy by other means and by other stuffs. and always spend yout time in a good way trying to improve yourself in order to be better.
