I find myself more and more disgusted every time I hear it.

Most Lutherans think that Ebenezer Lutheran Church has departed from the Lutheran tradition and is Lutheran in name only, and certainly is not Lutheran in theology.
 
I think if Martin Luther was plopped down from Purgatory into that congregation—ur, maybe I shouldnt wish that that fury on anyone

I think this thread’s been around a couple of times. At first glance, it’s kind of odd coming from a Lutheran church (any Lutheran would probably clunk you on the head if you said “Hail Mary…”). Then again, it’s in California, which seems to be in a world of its’ own…
