The one with the power to exorcise demons. The gifts are present, to a lesser degree of certainty, among all Christians, but strongest, most efficacious and best in the Church that Christ founded. He said so and history bears out His witness.
It’s not a matter of denominations but of being open to minister as God calls us. In every ecclesial body there are people who teach, preach, reach out to those in need, sing, etc. All the baptized have the ability to be witnesses to Christ.
Having said that, Christ founded one Church. The verses you cited indicates this. Christ’s body is one, but there are many ministries and apostolates within it. Jesus never intended there to be denominations that are at odds with each other. The fact that there are groups that broke away from the Church or were out of contact with her for so long they were never fully joined to her is the result of human error and weakness, not by God’s design. But, even so, we all have ways of sharing Christ with one another that benefit everyone of us.
