According to the Wikipedia article, Pope Clement VIII placed the book 1 Esdras in an appendix to the Bible. Does anyone know when this happened? Thanks.

Which of the Esdras are you talking about, the one with the question Which of these is the strongest, with the answer being Wine, King, Woman, and Truth? Or the Esdras with all those prophecies?
