12 Apostles' names on the 12 foundations of the heavenly Jerusalem

Revelation 21:14 “And the wall of the city has twelve foundations, and on them are the twelve names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.”

I apologize if this is a silly question. Which twelve apostles had their names on the twelve foundations? If it were the original 12, then one of the foundations had Judas Iscariot’s on it??

Just curious as I came across this.
