As I started to read this aloud to my husband he said, “Number 1, Catholic dad’s don’t like to talk about themselves.” 🙂
 
I’m a proud Catholic Dad.

But honestly, “No one dies to themselves more than a Catholic Dad?”

I don’t need my ego stroked. A thank you and a steak is all I need.

But mostly, men don’t need this kind of self affirmation. Being a Catholic dad is not the single hardest thing. It is just something more men should do.

This was well intentioned, but missed the mark by a mile!
