Nevada City, CA – The parents of a 12-year-old girl have filed a lawsuit against a California school district after local school officials forced their daughter to submit to a pregnancy test. Attorneys with the Pacific Justice Institute are representing the student and her parents, who had no knowledge of the test.

This is what you get when you have a system where parents do not have the right to address pregnancy, birth, and abortion within their family. You can bet that if that test had come back positive, that school counselor would have bundled her into his car and taken her straight to an abortion clinic. He probably would have used a school account to pay for it. Instead this poor girl, who is clearly the target of some very mean classmates who created these rumors, is even more humiliated. Her mean classmates won. That counselor should be fired and not permitted to work around children again.

So much for “freedom” of anything here in America. Parents can’t raise their own children without government intrusion.

The school superintendent stated “there’s no merit to the claim.” So, the girl and her parents made the whole thing up in order to sue the school? Yeah, right.

In Christ,

Ellen

No, Ellen, he thinks there’s no merit to the claim because he thinks the school acted within it’s rights.

How sad.

Actually, I think this is what happens when “Parents” abdicate their responsibilities…and expect society or someone else to shoulder the blame or solve the problems.

Frankly, a twelve year old daughter of mine would laugh at the notion, as she would know better than put herself in the position of having to worry about it.

Casting “judgment” or aspersions about an issue like this is like throwing socks into a hurricane…

Folks…if “parents” actually “parented” and spent less time trying to out “jones” the Jones’ then they would have precious little to worry about.

And frankly, my kids knew that if anything seemed out of the ordinary, they were instructed to make a call to me before anything transpired…and their school knew it too.

I would attribute this nonsense as much to it happening on the “left coast” or the communist republic of California as anything else.

So, if a girl is teased and nasty false rumors are spread by mean classmates, it is the fault of parents of the girl who is the target for this hateful attack. Thanks for clearing that up.

So your daughter knows better than to put herself in the position of being teased. How does that work? Because the girl told the school that she was not pregnant and the other children were spreading rumors about her. It seems that the school is believing the children spreading rumors, rather than the girl.

So it is also the parents fault that she was teased?

So if the school would not allow your child to make a phone call, what would happen?

And I would attribute this the the state taking over our rights. It starts with the right to life.
