I first found out about these beautiful prayers from the Pietta Prayer book, which is an awesome small prayer book that I carry with me sometimes. I’ve actually done this particular devotion for a year straight (which is what it asks for). Though, I know I missed a few days here and there, but I think I did always try at least to make up for it the next day or so.
 
I started saying these prayers in October. I cannot believe the graces that have come into my life and the change in how I meditate and pray.

I was wondering if anyone else is praying these prayers?

Have you noticed changes in your life?
