***Jesus, Friend of a lonely heart, You are my haven.
You are my peace.
You are my salvation.
You are my serenity in moments of struggle and amidst an ocean of doubts.
Amen ***

My dear Saviour,
I unite all my affections with the affections of Your most loving Heart;
and I offer them, thus united, to Your eternal Father,
and beseech Him in Your name to vouchsafe,
for Your love, to accept them.
Amen.

Dearest Jesus please let this boy begin to value himself and his life. Please let his feel truly loved and not reject the love of his family.

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary, Full of Grace
The Lord is with thee
Blessed art thou amongst women
and blessed is the Fruit of thy womb, Jesus
Holy Mary, Mother of God
Pray for us sinners
Now and at the hour of our death
Amen

Have you tried removing anything potentially lethal that is around him?

Update:
My son is in a ā€œtreatment centerā€ that is funded by our state. It is not right for him, but I don’t have the financial means to put him in a more appropriate place. He is following their rules, but not cooperative with any therapy. He refuses to pray. He has no remorse for his actions over the past few years (which include defiance, threats, violence, running away, drug use, selling drugs and more). I am begging the state to send him to Boystown. It is a long shot. State funding is nil. They have a ā€œcontractā€ with the facility that he is in currently. Tomorrow (April 17th) we will have a court hearing to review his case. I am begging the judge to help. Please pray for us and for this judge to assist us. My son will not go anywhere willingly. The only way is for him to be ordered by the court. Please pray for his life and his salvation.

Thank you for all of your prayers for my son and for my family.

Don’t lose hope yet. This is a long, hard road. I have heard several stories where the person in treatment are very angry and uncooperative and they usually end up with the best sobriety. Keep praying and pray the Divine Mercy Novena. This is one of those things that if it happens too quickly it will fade just as quickly. Think of the mustard seed. Hopefully, the seed has been planted. Pray also that someone enters into his life that he can trust that will guide him. I’ll be praying for you & your family. Also, try to get to a few Alanon meetings or Naranon meetings or go to a few open AA meetings-attending these meetings will educate you and also give you the hope that you are looking for. Many, many people who are clean & sober should have been dead long ago from their lifestyle, but for the Grace of God, they lived, sobered up and now help others to get clean & sober.

For Philip …

St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do thou, O Prince of the most heavenly hosts,
by the Power of God,
cast into hell Satan,
and all the evil spirits,
who prowl about the world
seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen

Please help his family to cope with the disruption and worry with trust in You.

"No eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man conceived, what God has prepared for those who love Him,
God has revealed to us through the Spirit.
For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God…
Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is from God,
that we might understand the gifts bestowed on us by God.
And we impart this in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the Spirit…"
