How are things with your sister PB?
I’m glad she’s still going to school. Does her school allow pregnant girls to go to school? Where I went they didn’t and sent them to a “trouble maker” school. She lost her papers for her blood-work.So I dunno what’s going on there… Her bf still doesn’t have a job, still doesn’t seem to want to work too hard to find one… She -is- continuing with her high school classes, which is great! Hopefully she’ll finish it and get her diploma.
I hope that school also sent the teenage fathers to a “trouble maker” school. Why should they get off scot free?I’m glad she’s still going to school. Does her school allow pregnant girls to go to school? Where I went they didn’t and sent them to a “trouble maker” school.
I hope she gets proper care, but knowing she has you for a sister, you will make sure she does.
Nope, only the girls got sent there since the boys wouldn’t have baby bumps. It’s sad isn’t it? That’s how most of the schools around here are (in the area I live in), if a girl gets pregnant, she gets sent to a continuation high school. The boy gets to stay at the school. It’s not fair.I hope that school also sent the teenage fathers to a “trouble maker” school. Why should they get off scot free?
Yep, that’s what I expected. No social consequence for the boys, they get to be “studs” and it’s A-okay.Nope, only the girls got sent there since the boys would have baby bumps. It’s sad isn’t it? Anywho, I really hope this isn’t the case in Canada
It’s common practice in the USA, shame the teen moms by kicking them out of regular school while leaving the teen fathers alone. It’s a horrible double standard.Wow, I’ve never heard of that happening before. She can certain continue attending school… She’s going to an adult high, since she was home-schooled before being kicked out of the house. In the town where she now lives, the high school had to put in a day-care because of all the girls getting pregnant there… There is only one high school in town, anyway.
