1962 Latin Mass

When was “Absolution before Communion” deleted from the Latin Mass 1962 version? and by who? I see it printed in the booklets the church distributes but the Priest doesn’t say it?

Ive never been to a mass where they didn’t do it. That has always been a “catching up point” for me…

Some say it is to be omitted, but most Traditionalist societies use it and Cardinal Hoyas himself uses it.
