This doesn’t sound right - did you check your credit card to make sure that it had cleared? If it didn’t that might explain it. If it did however simply send them a letter with the information (your credit card expenses) and they’ll have to send you one.
It definitely cleared my credit card. When I wrote to them after I hadn’t received my missal after a month, they said to be patient – that the Missals they’d mailed out around that time were just starting to arrive in people’s mailboxes. So I was patient for two more weeks, wrote them again, and received no response. Waited another week, wrote again (very politely, of course, each time), and received no response. Waited another week, wrote again, received no response.

Maybe they’re planning to send another, but I have no way of knowing that because they’re not responding to my inquiries.

Well I don’t know - it doesn’t sound like them to me, but maybe you can telephone them if nothing else works.

Their phone number (which is in the UK btw) is +44 (0)870 112 3865. You might need a calling card if you don’t have long distance.

Their address also (in case you didn’t send a letter via snail mail) is PO Box 47611, London, SE4 1WJ, United Kingdom.
