Yes, I know people who function with these gifts. These are God-given gifts, not taught and they can be taken away if not used or abused. In application and what I have observed:
Spirit the word of wisdom: three examples come to mind, a very godly and loving Lutheran pastor, an Eastern Orthodox monk, an Eastern Catholic priest were able to patiently and lovingly share their God- given wisdom much like Christ in the Bible.
word of knowledge: the monk and priest above have spent their entire lives in service to the Lord, they shared this knowledge to those truly seeking.
faith: I have witnessed the strong faith in many Christians, some Catholics and a few Orthodox
gifts of healing: I have witnessed a paralyzed man healed after prayer, he was able to jump rope. He was my next door neighbor, he became a missionary.
working of miracles: I have witnessed miracles, mostly my guardian angel’s work.
I can not say I knew someone through whom a miracle happened.
prophecy: have not witnessed this
Discerning of spirits: this would be my gift. The eyes are a window into souls. There are many troubled souls out there. I received this gift after much prayer when I was a child.
divers kinds of tongues: I have witnessed this and I have prayed in a different tongue, I was praising Our Lord.
interpretation of tongues: I have witnessed this twice in correct practice.
