Sorry I was being such a pansy the other day, guys.

I saw a specialist today. The chance of it being the very bad thing are “very small” according to the doctor. I will have some more tests in two weeks and then another appt with the specialist at the end of the month.

So, I guess God wants me to be “patient”… grrrr…

Anyway, I feel better today after talking with the doctor. And I feel better in general since I’ve been on medication now for a week.

The phrase “very small” was great to hear. Not totally in the clear yet, but thank you all for your prayers and concern. It means a lot to me! Y’all are: :angel1: :angel1: :angel1: :angel1:
 
Glad to hear the upbeat update (say that 5 times fast 😃 ). Will continue to pray for a good outcome and for the strength for you to be patient (that’s certainly not my virtue!).

Yeah!👍 That’s wonderful to hear! You weren’t being a pansy–anything medical is scary. The wait is so hard. I’m glad things are looking good for you.😃
 
Another vote for “not a pansy”.
Glad to hear the update, thank God----and continued prayers that all tests will turn out well, and the Lord be with your doctors/specialists.
 
I’ve been a pansy from time to time myself. Glad your anxiety was mostly relieved.

I didnt see the other post of yours so I"m a bit at a loss as to what you were going in for - but for what its worth I’ve sat in “Gods waiting room” many times. Some times are easier than others, but frankly most of the time I sweat bullets, even though I know I should cast all my concerns on Him - easier said than done. I will pray that you find the peace that surpasses all understanding - and I’m glad your results are looking good. 🙂

I know how you feel. I’m going through similar right now, not knowing is the WORST! I’m so sorry. I will pray for you! 🙂

When you know you can make a plan of action and deal with it.

“Not knowing” is just annoyingly helpless.

AMEN! I’m having to undergo surgery in the next couple of weeks. While what I started out having surgery for isn’t that serious in and of itself, especially if I get the surgery to correct the problem, the complications of this surgery and the recovery process are known to be horrible for many even otherwise healthy persons. Add my other health issues on top of it and it could be a real nightmare, but then again, it might not be. Not knowing stinks! But, I guess we are being tested to trust in God and rely 110% upon Him and only Him during this time. But to us mere mortals, it’s rough I tell ya! 😃
 
I do not know what the problem is but I am glad you are feeling better about it whatever it is. You will be in my prayers:gopray:
 
While I do not know what your symptoms are or what you feared it might be, I certainly do hope it turns out to be the equivalent of “indigestion”.

Still, I am continuing to pray for you.

:rotfl: to the notion of 1ke ever being, in any sense of the word, a “pansy”. I can’t stop snickering, thinking about it.

But I’m glad to hear all is better, too.
