Where did you hear about such teaching? Do you have a source? This sounds like something out of the Book of Mormon and the supposed darkening of the Lamanites.

Also, what kind of genetic change are you taking about? Is this like God suddenly making them all ginger or something, or are you talking about them being inflicted with medically diagnosible genetic disorders (like, say, Down Syndrome, sickle-cell anemia, or Tay-Sachs)?

…I think that falls with the belief that Scriptures depict vision of extraterrestrials and space ships…
