Does anyone know if the 1st January (Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God) is a Holy Day of Obligation in Ireland?
WHere does it say that it is not on that website. I see that if says if the day fall on a saturday or Monday it is “Moved” to the nearest Sunday. Jan 1 is a thursday.According to this website it is not.
