23 years!!!

As of May 4, 2015 I celebrated 23 years of continuous sobriety. For me, as a recovered alcoholic, I can only say, “Thank you, God. Thank you, AA and thank you Catholic Church!”.

thank you all…if anyone had told me 24 yrs ago what I would be doing today:

I am fully employed and a member of Management

I am a Catechist

I am a Lay Member of the Order of Preachers

I am healthy - lost 150 pounds in the last three years!

Life is much, much better today…and I really am so grateful that no one ever told me I better get this deal by next Tuesday or you are out of here!

I know AA is not for everyone, but I am grateful that it lead me Home to Rome.
