What did you all think of the first half of the four hour premeire??
 
I dunno, it just started here on the West Coast. I’m watching it as I type 🙂

I’m in!!! Wow!!! I won’t say too much yet, as I forgot the West Coast people haven’t seen it yet. Again, wow!!!

BTW, check out a thread in “Popular Media” for some other reactions.

Eamon, don’t you peak over there until you’ve watched the whole thing. I’m kind of jealous that you have the whole show in front of you!!
 
Ha, it occurred to me like two minutes after I posted that you all were probably over in Popular Media…oopsies!
 
Yeah. That was HOT!!! I can’t wait until tomorrow to see the other episode.

I am curious how much of a part the Presdient’s wife will have. And can someone tell me the name (real) of the guy who shot Pres. Palmer? I have seen him on another show ( China Beach) but can’t remember his name.

Looks like Jack and the terrorists have come over to my part of town: the Ontario Airport. And it does look like those scenes were really filmed there.

But I was even more surprised when that woman said on her cell phone that she was at the 210 and the 10. There is no such interchange. How could they make a mistake like that? Those two freeways run parallel to each other.

Also–traffic must have been incredibly light. I can’t believe Jack got all the way to Ontario so fast. He must have been going 100 mph.

Okay, I know I’m being picky. But it’s hard to suspend my disbelief when they’re making mistakes like that.

Those 2 hours just flew by. I’m not sure how I’ll be able to tolerate only 1 hour a week.

Wonder what’s happening with Tony?
 
Now I understand why some folks are hooked on this show…excellent …can’t wait till next week 👍

I don’t know anything about the geographic layout of that area, but I know that the rumors of traffic hell would make any of that impossible! LOL!

I got spoiled with 2 consecutive nights/4 hours of 24!
I think (and hope) that Tony pulls out of this!🙂
 
Four people knew Jack was still alive…Michelle, Tony, Chloe and the assassinated president Palmer.
Who do you think squeeked and leaked that Jack was still alive?
And wasn’t that snot blowing in and out of Derrick’s nostril just a bit too much for viewers to see? Ugghhh This looked really gross on a big screen high def. TV
 
I loved the show last night. Already dying for next week. Don’t you already hate that sniveling schemer who attacked the President’s wife? Sorry - don’t know names but grrrrrrr!

Well, perhaps Jack got there so fast because, according to last night’s show, the Ontario Airport isn’t in Ontario. It’s in Los Angeles.

Why do some people think everything in Southern California is in Los Angeles? (Someone told me once he thought Disneyland was in L.A.) Ontario isn’t even in Los Angeles County. It’s in San Bernardino County. And yes, the traffic around there is horrendous, especially at that time of day.
 
Same template, almost the same scenario. Every 6 minutes 6 minutes of commercials. I dunno.
